Do you provide international shipping?

We ship worldwide. The price of international shipping varies depending on the destination and zip code, just as the delivery time depends on the parcel service. Shipments are made by UPS and Correos de México.

What are the shipping options?

National shipments : Correos de México and RedPack.

​International shipping : Correos de México and UPS.

How can I track my order?

All orders can be tracked on the official site of the selected parcel. It is necessary to wait 12 to 48 hours for the shipment data to be updated on each platform.

How can I change the product?

Exchanges will only be accepted within 15 business days of receiving your package. To make a change, contact us at stelamodagdl@gmail.com or Whatsapp (33) 1064 4623, to follow up on your request.

What is your return policy?

The garment must not show signs of damage, wear or use. All original labels must still be on the product. Only size changes will be made, not product or design.

The return of the garment only applies if the product has a manufacturing defect.

The change does NOT apply to products on promotion or clearance.
