STELA MODA makes national shipments to all of Mexico. And international shipping all over the world.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Mexico Post Office (10 to 15 business days)

Express (5 to 7 business days)

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

The price of international shipping varies depending on the destination and zip code. Just as the delivery time depends on the parcel service . Shipments are made by UPS and Correos de México.

1. Shipments are made on Tuesdays and Thursdays of each week. Orders placed on the weekend (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) will be shipped the next business day.

2. All orders will be processed and shipped within 24-72 hours, in which you will receive a purchase confirmation email, as well as the tracking number so you can track your package on the parcel's website.

3. If you have problems with your package and you have already received a tracking number, please contact the corresponding parcel office. STELA MODA has the SAME information that appears in the tracking number, by contacting the parcel you will have more information about your package than we do.

4. STELA MODA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the package has been scanned and accepted by the parcel service.

5. On all international shipments, it is the customer's responsibility to pay any customs costs incurred as a result of shipping.

EXCHANGES AND/OR RETURNS

For STELA MODA, it is essential that you are satisfied with your product, which is why we have strict quality controls to always give you the best. Therefore, we ask that you carefully read the exchange and/or return policies to make it valid.

1. The garment must not show signs of damage, wear or use.

2. All original labels must still be on the product.

3. You have 15 days from receipt to request the change.

4. Only size changes will be made, not product or design.

5. Size changes will only be made once. Please check the size guide carefully before making your purchase and if you have any questions, write to us.

6. The return of the garment only applies if the product has a manufacturing defect.

7 . In no case will refunds be made.

8. The change does NOT apply to products on promotion or clearance.

9 . Shipping costs caused by changes are not covered by STELA MODA.

10. Please note that we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items/packages due to any failure of the parcel service.

 Important note: Returned garments that have been damaged, dirty, worn, altered or without tags will be returned to the customer and we reserve the right to refuse the exchange.
